To bet the heat in the city, we stopped by the pot store and took off to the silverthorn park. its one the more classic mountain parks, and also the first stop on the colorado road trip. we floated around to a couple of mountain parks in frisco and brek. i shot some photos, and this is what we came away with.

after the pumpin around Silver thorn, we decided to drive 10 mintues away to Frisco and search for this wooden park in the woods that we had heard about, and saw on the "colorado skatepark guide." When we did find it, we found out that is was actually not in the woods anymore and involved many other extreme sports, hence the name...Frisco's extreme complex. The park was all wood, and modeled after a niss comp; from what we gathered. and yes there was a tri-ramp.

heres the gut-town, gappin to topsoul at Frisco's NISS park. This is only Guts second time up in the mountains, and i feel like he is freeer up there than anywhere else. Gut is a real mans man.

at the extreme complex, there was a snowboard in the winter/bike track in the summer, but at no time is it a rollerblade obstacle. we found that out, moments after standing on top of it. the landing of the ramp is 7 feet wood or whatever material that it, and 10 feet narly dirt. mykel laced a 360 and so did dan. the difference is dan scorpioned, front flip in the dirt. i snapped a photo of dan, cause mykel has far too much retard strength and goes to fast for the untrained arm.

this 4th of july weekend, A few of the boys took off to the mountains to camp, and skate many of the wonderful skateparks that are secretly tucked away throughout the rocky mountains. Most of these parks are brand new, and untouched. I don't know where the funding comes from, but some of the best parks i have ever skated were in the mountains, and just popped up out of nowhere.  Here are some photos Dr. Tone took on their journey through space and time.

FairPlay has a new park, and its right on the other side of South Park. 

Tiny Town is the sweetest place ever. accept, you now have to pay 20 dollars to go in. But you can stand outside the gate and look. full town made out of different sized model houses.

so renfers been up in the 90's for about a week or more now. thank god ive been having to work, so i dont have to sit in the trashed filled, sweat lodge. heres some shots from last week, and hopefully by the end of tomorrow ill have picked the throw away clips to post.

geoff broke the fuck out of his leg this winter, but it seems like his leg is getting strong again and laced a couple gems on the lousy ledge. once i figure out the best way to post single clips, youll see some.

dan coleman has been one my favorite people to skate with and be around for years. his skating has no gimmicks. it is what it is, fast, committed, and sassy. he just moved down to the city, so expect to see alot more of this guy.

guess the boys found some burnt down warehouse, on the edge of renfer. looks crusty and creepy. heres the GUT doin what he does best....looking damn good.

fun fact about mykel, he has retard strength, so get out his way or he will run right into you. im sure it felt like 110 degrees at this park, which is surrounded by nothing, and no shade. great skate plan. shred,bronze, burn, get drunk, go home.

Josh Larkin, is my main dude in getting this video done. it was his brain child, and mostly his camera. but the guy fucking lost his charger, so get ready for some vx and 7d clips boys. Here he is boosting the strangest thing at the park.

and as tortilla face stopped by to visit, we realized that the renfer friendz-aganza; similar to tony danza, and the show bonaza but not at all; is far from over.
